I’ll be writing a bit there.
I concur, you can’t go wrong with a cheeseburger.
I realize that this post is ironic.
So I got my blood tests redone.
Back in Jan, I had total of 241, LDL of 151, HDL of 80, HDL/Index ratio of 3.0. Now, my LDL is higher than it should be, but I have a lot of good HDL, and my understanding is that it’s the ratio that’s important.
Now, I have HDL of 39, LDL of 146, for total of 206. Ratio is 5.3. My good stuff dropped in half, my bad stuff barely dropped at all.
My doctor said “keep up the good work, keep dieting and exercising”. That doesn’t seem right to me.
