Raw broccoli with flax seed oil as a dressing is surprisingly good. And obscenely healthy. And easy to make, especially if you get the pre-cut big bags of broccoli from Costco. Flax seed oil doesn’t have much taste, so you’ll need to use more oil than you are used to. But it’s good for you, so it’s ok.
